Get recommendations instead of reviews
Label your feedback 'Recommendations' instead of 'Reviews' in case you don't want to accept any negative reviews being shown on your site.
Decide who can and can't write reviews
You can disable the 'Write a Review' button. Doing so will only allow customers you've invited to write a review.
Easily invite customers to write a review
We'll provide a unique link, pointing to your website, which you can use to invite customers. You can email the link manually or add the link to automated emails, like order confirmations.
Automatically or manually approve reviews
Recommendations won't be visible until they are approved. You can set the approval of new recommendations to manual or automatic, e.g. when the rating is above a certain number of stars.
Approve recommendations directly from your email
Email notifications of new recommendations contain the full recommendation and a direct link to approve the recommendation. Just click the link and you're done. Approving recommendations couldn't be easier.
